Assessment’s Property Search is provided for property owners to conduct a more in-depth self-review of their assessment and confirm that it reflects market value in comparison to similar properties in the neighbourhood. You can compare your assessment with your neighbour’s based on property attributes, such as location, size and style of home, lot size and the existence of a garage. If the properties are indeed similar, the assessment should be similar. If after comparing your assessment to similar properties, you believe it is not accurate, contact our Customer Service Centre at 403-268-2888.
	Check the factual details that we have on record for your property. To use this search you must know the exact address of the property. For condominium properties, enter the building address and a list of units will be provided.
	Review your market value by comparing your assessment with similar properties. To use this search you do not need a specific address.
	Ensure equity by comparing your assessment with other properties in your neighbourhood. Remember, properties with similar characteristics in a similar location will be valued similarly – that’s equity. To use this search you do not need a specific address.
